Job summary

Leslie Corporation is looking for a Purchasing/Inventory Specialist to manage supplier relations, issue POs, and track deliveries for the SUCAT Parañaque Plant. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Management or related field and at least 1 year in purchasing/inventory are required.

Proficiency in MS Office is essential. You will coordinate with suppliers, prepare DOs and POs, monitor payments, and ensure delivery dates for all materials, supporting efficient operations in this

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• MS Office skills required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing/inventory/management.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SUCAT PARAÑAQUE PLANT.
• Full-Time position is available.

Responsibilities

• Receive the CRF, canvass the requirement, negotiate suppliers based on prices, and forward the CRF to the Purchasing Manager.
• Prepare purchase orders based on the approved CRF/ Capex using Aries.
• Send the approved PO to the supplier.
• Ensure delivery date for non-raw and raw materials
• Prepares DO for raw materials through MatMS.
• Gather data to be used by purchasing manager in the weekly evaluation reports.
• Business review meetings with suppliers
• Prepares PO and monitor deliveries/payment to supplier
• Require new suppliers to send accreditation documentation (suppliers info sheet, ethics agreement, business permit, SEC company profile, list of existing clients).
• Request and secure approval for check payment for suppliers requiring DP or full payment
• Source and submit PTD/RND requested materials for their new product development
• Check and confirm with the warehouse if the ordered item is served based on the delivery date
