Job summary

Our Clients in Paco, Manila, is seeking a Purchasing Supply Chain Assistant to support inventory management and procurement. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain stock levels and ensure timely ordering with accurate purchasing information.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field with 1–2 years in purchasing or inventory management; experience in retail or distribution is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain operations or similar.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring, replenishment planning, purchasing procedures, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across distribution centers by monitoring reorder points, days of supply, and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer service level targets and ensure timely availability of products.
• Monitor inventory levels of promotional items and other key products to support sales requirements.
• Analyze inventory turnover and demand trends to anticipate fluctuations and adjust reorder points and replenishment plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve ordering procedures and supply chain processes for efficiency.
