Job summary

Talento Solution Inc. in San Juan City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure timely procurement of FDAS materials.

You will source and negotiate with suppliers, maintain records, monitor inventory, and build strong supplier relationships, while coordinating with warehouse and project teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of FDAS purchasing experience; onsite work in San Juan is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor, preferably in the FDAS industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing/ERP systems.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work onsite in San Juan City.
