Job summary

Talento Solution Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials, with a focus on FDAS compliance.

You will lead, train, and evaluate staff, maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, coordinate with Purchasing and Projects, and ensure timely, compliant deliveries and safety at the San Juan City facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in FDAS.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work onsite in San Juan City.

• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Prepare warehouse reports, inventory updates, and other operational documentation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
