Century Peak Corporation is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Analyst to monitor stock levels, set safety stock, and forecast replenishment needs. You will coordinate with warehouse, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of quality goods.
The role requires 3–6 years in supply planning or procurement, a strong grasp of lead time and turnover concepts, and experience with ERP systems. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
Monitor stock levels and validate reorder requirements before PO issuance
Establish and maintain safety stock, reorder points, and lead time tracking
Analyze stock consumption trends and forecast replenishment needs
Identify slow-moving, aging, or excess inventory
Prevent emergency purchasing through proactive planning
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain supplier relationships.
Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of items.
Ensure purchased goods and services meet required specifications and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to track stock levels and reordering needs.
Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure continuous improvement.
Resolve issues related to delays, pricing discrepancies, and defective items.
Assist in preparing procurement reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Identify inefficiencies in the current purchasing flow
Develop standard reorder planning procedures
Work closely with Purchasing Officers to shift from reactive to planned buying
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
3–6 years of experience in supply planning, inventory control, purchasing analysis, or procurement operations
Strong understanding of inventory planning concepts (lead time, safety stock, turnover, aging)
Experience in ERP systems
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
