Job summary

Gentem Consulting Services Inc. seeks a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee strategic procurement across our restaurant group, sourcing food, beverages and non-food supplies while balancing cost efficiency with quality standards.

You will ensure each location has inventory to operate smoothly, negotiate contracts, and translate complex data into actionable cost-saving strategies to protect margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing/procurement in F&B or hospitality; multi-unit chains preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP and Inventory Software.
• Strong negotiation and contract management track record.
• Ability to translate complex spreadsheets into cost-saving actions.
• Strong communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing to take on additional tasks; on-site work in Guiguinto, Bulacan.

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for the strategic procurement of food, beverage, and non-food supplies across the entire restaurant group. This role focuses on balancing cost efficiency with high-quality standards, ensuring that every location has the inventory needed to operate seamlessly while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Relevant purchasing/procurement experience, specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or hospitality industry. Experience with multi-unit chains is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Inventory Software.
• Proven track record of high-stakes negotiation and contract management.
• Ability to translate complex spreadsheets into actionable cost-saving strategies.
• Good communication skills to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexible and willing to take on additional task as needed.
• Willing to work on-site in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
