About the Job

Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for organizing and supervising the sourcing and purchasing of essential own-use materials for MR DIY PH operations. Duties include researching suppliers, comparing costs, and negotiating purchase agreements. Developing inventory controls and supervising issuance of RTM store own‑use supplies, including main office and warehouse requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution services.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with logistics providers.
• Analyze logistic costs and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, compliance, or quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (outbound and finance) to align procurement strategies with operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with incoterms and company procurement policies.
• Support logistics planning by providing timely procurement of freights.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on logistics procurement KPIs.
