The role involves collating purchase orders and requisitions to procure factory supplies, reviewing requisitions for accuracy, and ensuring shipments meet specifications upon arrival. Ideal candidates will be college graduates with experience in the field, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and who can work effectively

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier compliance with purchase order contacts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collate purchase orders and requisitions to purchase factory supplies and related items.
• Review requisitions to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications.
• Check shipments upon arrival to ensure orders are filled correctly and meet specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of organizational and government rules affecting purchases and inform staff and vendors.

• Review purchase requisition in order to verify accuracy, terminology and specification
• Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that good meet specifications
• Maintain knowledge of all organizational and government rules affecting purchases and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and vendors
