Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist – Services to join our team. This role is responsible for procuring service-related requirements such as trucking, freight forwarding, and other third-party services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Financial Management, Systems Management, Management Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related course
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain
• Knowledgeable in sourcing, procurement processes, and cost analysis
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with procurement systems, SAP

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for service requirements such as trucking, freight forwarding, and other third-party services
• Source and evaluate suppliers/service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and follow up on service execution to ensure timeliness and continuity of operations
• Maintain accurate and organized records of POs, contracts, billings, and vendor communications
