Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Monitoring inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock counts, audits and reconciliations.
• Maintain records of inventory movement, discrepancies, and adjustments
• Analyze inventory reports to identify trends, forecast demand and minimize overstock or stockouts
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisor to ensure proper storage, and handling of materials

Purchasing and Procurement -

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing, terms and quality
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and track their status through delivery
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any supply -related issues or discrepancies
• Ensure all purchase comply with company policies and budget constrains

Delivery Scheduling

• Ensure all the delivery schedule from sales on time
• Check all the truck in good conditions
• Coordinate with 3PL partners

System & Reporting

• Utilize inventory and procurement software (Zoho Inventory)
• Generate reports on inventory status, order tracking and cost analysis
• Contribute to the development and improvement of procurement and inventory procedures

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure all inventory and procurement practices comply with internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate with accounting, logistics, operations and production teams to align supply with business needs.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field
• 1to 3 yrs of experience in inventory control, procurement or supply chain
• Strong Organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
