Program Overview

The Ready Now Program is designed to discover, develop, and empower future professionals in Purchasing and Supply Chain through immersive learning in the poultry industry. It provides structured training sessions, hands on exposure in procurement operations, and mentorship from experienced industry practitioners.

By combining academic learning with real operational experience, the program prepares future professionals who can support efficient procurement processes, supplier coordination, and cost effective purchasing practices in a fast paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Financial Management, Management Accounting, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related course
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Willing to be assigned onsite in Cagayan de Oro
• Strong interest in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Detail oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
