Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Warehouseman – Vaccines to oversee proper receiving, storage, inventory control, and issuance of vaccine products. The role ensures vaccines are handled, stored, and distributed according to company standards, maintaining cold storage conditions and strict biosecurity measures.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, warehouse/inventory experience, and strong numerical/organizational skills to support continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related course.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock documentation, and record keeping.
• Detail oriented with good organizational and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory, stock movements, and expiration dates to ensure product availability.
• Prepare and issue based on approved requisitions while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stocks with inventory records.
• Ensure proper documentation of receiving, issuance, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage area and cold storage facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, biosecurity protocols, and inventory control procedures.
