Job summary

KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. in Manila seeks a results-driven Procurement Specialist to source medical devices, spare parts, and consumables from international suppliers.

You will coordinate with brokers and freight forwarders to manage import/export processes, ensure on-time deliveries, monitor supplier performance, and uphold regulatory compliance including BOC licensing. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in SCM or related field, 3+ years in healthcare procurement, and strong negotiation

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably healthcare/medical devices.
• Experience with international logistics, brokers, shipping lines, and BOC importation processes.
• Proficient in procurement systems and tools; strong analytical, negotiation, and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication in English; highly organized and proactive.
