Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or materials management including 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, inventory management, supplier relationship management, and logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP or inventory systems.

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Manage supplier sourcing, accreditation, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure continuous availability of medical and non-medical supplies while minimizing inventory costs.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and purchasing trends to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast supply requirements and support hospital operations.
• Prepare supply chain performance reports and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.

About the Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the organization's procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics functions. This role ensures the efficient, cost-effective, and timely acquisition and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP or inventory management systems.
