As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and strengthen our procurement and supply chain operations.
About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the organization's procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics functions. This role ensures the efficient, cost-effective, and timely acquisition and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Manage supplier sourcing, accreditation, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.
Ensure continuous availability of medical and non-medical supplies while minimizing inventory costs.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and purchasing trends to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast supply requirements and support hospital operations.
Prepare supply chain performance reports and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or materials management, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, inventory management, supplier relationship management, and logistics operations.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP or inventory management systems.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence.
