DMCI HOSPITALITY AND LEISURE INC. is seeking a seasoned Purchasing/Procurement leader to design and drive centralized procurement across properties. You will negotiate terms, optimize costs, and ensure supplier performance while maintaining service quality for hospitality operations.
The role requires at least 5 years in purchasing, with strong leadership and vendor management skills, focused on hospitality environments and multi-property procurement excellence.
Develop and implement corporate purchasing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, operational requirements, and cost targets.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and value optimization without compromising quality or service standards.
Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and availability of key commodities and services that may affect hotel operations.
Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing and canvassing to supplier selection, purchase order issuance, delivery, and resolution of purchasing concerns.
Monitor critical and recurring purchases to prevent supply disruptions that may affect hotel operations.
Develop, evaluate, and maintain a reliable pool of accredited suppliers and service providers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, service levels, and other commercial conditions.
Conduct price benchmarking and market checks for major and recurring purchases.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, resort, or service industry.
Experience in managing centralized or multi-property procurement is highly preferred.
Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, cost optimization, and vendor performance management.
Experience leading and developing a purchasing or procurement team.
