Responsibilities

• Validates a customer’s purchase order versus a system / requirement
• Makes outbound calls to acquire customer requirements
• Addresses customer complaints and elevates when all effort has been exhausted
• Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
• Responds to incoming emails and phone inquiries
• Perform quality documentation, closure and communication to the customer
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers
• Adapt to changing circumstances and assumes the role of change
