Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking a State Head for Punjab to own the end-to-end execution of a regenerative agriculture project. You will lead field teams, build strategic relationships with state departments and local farming bodies, and ensure accurate data collection for carbon credit registration.

The role requires strong leadership, English and Hindi language capability, Punjabi fluency, and extensive travel across Punjab with 80% field time. Immediate joining is expected.

Qualifications

• Education in agriculture or related field with strong domain knowledge.
• Field operations experience in agribusiness or agtech is preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive state-level strategy to onboard farmers into regenerative program.
• Lead field deployment teams and manage district-level managers.
• Oversee data collection and ensure data integrity for carbon credit registration.
• Build relationships with state departments, KVKs, PAU, and FPOs.
• Enforce compliance and prevent data fraud or double-counting.
