Beforest Lifestyle Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Field Officer in Mumbai to manage field operations, procurement planning, and team activities. The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and the ability to coordinate across Estate Admin and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred).
• Exhibited management skills through academic/non-academic projects/internships.
• Excellent spoken and written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior staff to prepare budgets and financial reports.
• Plan material procurement and vendor planning.
• Raise requisitions for materials by calculating quantities as per lead times.
• Ensure seeds, plants, manure, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
• Coordinate with Estate Admin to update stock received and consumed.
• Direct lorries to designated storage areas in coordination with Estate Admin.
• Maintain records of materials ordered and used, and document acceptances/rejections.
• Field execution: micro-scheduling per technical drawings and farm layouts.
• Oversee field operations including planting and upkeep; supervise quality workmanship.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cultivation reports and monitor productivity.
• Implement soil conservation and sustainability practices.
• Monitor fields, orchards, and production areas to forecast crop maturity and harvest.
• Ensure harvest is despatched per plan and quality checked.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; lead safety meetings.
