Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical sales or related technical-sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the electrical market.
• Promote and sell electrical products, equipment, components, and solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and product presentations.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, dealers, and end users.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and after-sales requirements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with sales operations team to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Attend exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events when required.
