Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks a QA/QC Manager – Civil Engineer to lead quality assurance for high-rise projects such as data centers, hotels, and condominiums.

You will develop QA/QC plans, oversee inspections, and ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and standards. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license is preferred, and 10+ years of QA/QC experience in tall-building works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• 10+ years of QA/QC in high-rise construction (data centers, hotels, condos).
• Knowledge of ACI, ASTM, local building codes.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for civil works on high-rise projects.
• Inspect and monitor construction activities including structural, concrete, and foundation works.
• Review and approve project documentation, shop drawings, material submittals, and test reports.
• Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track corrective actions until resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, and documentation for project audits.
• Train and mentor site engineers and QC inspectors on quality procedures and standards.
