Job summary

B2B Automations is seeking a Site Coordination Engineer to oversee project sites, manage manpower, and ensure safety and material readiness across assigned projects in the Philippines. You will support the Sales Department with technical guidance and ensure on-site processes meet quality and schedule requirements.

You'll conduct inspections, report progress, coordinate with trades, and travel to diverse project sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Graduates in electronics or electrical engineering.
At least 1 year of experience.
Willing to travel to various project sites.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Oversee site coordination, supervision, and manpower for projects.
Conduct pre-mobilization and close-out inspections including material condition, quantity, and structure readiness.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of materials on-site.
Submit daily and weekly project status reports to the Technical Supervisor and Project Management team.
Monitor and document work scope changes (additive/deductive) and secure necessary Site Instructions.
Coordinate work interface with other trades and track activities affecting project progress.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and proper PPE usage.
Conduct pre-punch list inspection before project turnover and COPC readiness.
Provide technical assistance to the Sales Department.
