Staff Outsourcing Solutions is hiring an on-site Creative Project Manager in Cebu City to oversee publishing production workflows, lead a team of creatives, and serve as the primary liaison to US-based clients. This role focuses on maintaining strict SLA compliance, high-quality output, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project management or creative operations
• Experience in publishing workflows including cover design and interior formatting
• Fluent English communication with US client exposure
• Ability to enforce strict SLA, turnaround times, and quality control

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact between SOS design teams and US clients
• Oversee end-to-end design pipelines for book projects with high on-time delivery
• Audit styles, layouts, and print-ready specs for consistency
• Manage spine calculations, bleed/trim, and file compatibility for publishing platforms
• Review phases to align asset styles with manuscript requirements
• Conduct pre-submission reviews to prevent layout errors
• Track team productivity and create SLA dashboards, drive performance improvements
