Qualifications

• Public sector procurement experience is required.
• Extensive experience leading end-to-end procurement operations.
• Proven track record in leading procurement teams and driving excellence.
• Strong knowledge of IM (Procurement) and GeBIZ systems.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic procurement advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement operations across multiple procurement categories.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance policies and regulations.
• Provide strategic oversight on procurement risks and complex challenges.

• Serve as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on procurement matters.

• Champion process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
