Job summary

You will work closely with senior management and regulators to safeguard compliance, strengthen relationships, and guide long‑term growth in the heavily regulated digital financial services sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8–12 years in Government Relations or Public Affairs.
• Experience with FinTech or financial services is preferred.
• Strong network with Philippine regulators is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the government's relations, regulatory affairs, and public policy strategy.
• Build relationships with government agencies, regulators, legislators, and industry associations.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory authorities including the SEC, BSP, CIC, NPC, NBI, and PNP.
• Monitor legislative developments and policy changes affecting digital lending and financial services.
• Provide strategic advice to executives regarding regulatory risks and licensing matters.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure AML, consumer protection, and data privacy compliance.
• Lead government engagement initiatives, regulatory communications, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop crisis communication strategies for regulatory or public affairs issues.
