Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Filipino national.
• 8–12 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Communications, or Public Policy.
• Proven leadership in FinTech, Financial Services, Digital Lending, Banking, Telecommunications, or Technology industries.
• Extensive experience engaging with Philippine government agencies and financial regulators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute government relations, regulatory affairs, and public policy strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, legislators, and industry associations.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory authorities including the SEC, BSP, CIC, NPC, NBI, and PNP.
• Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes affecting digital lending and financial services.
• Provide strategic advice regarding regulatory risks and licensing matters.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment with financial regulations and data privacy laws.
• Lead government engagement initiatives, regulatory communications, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop crisis communication strategies for regulatory or public affairs issues.
