Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Communications, or Public Policy.
• Filipino national.
• Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience engaging with government agencies and financial regulators in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the government relations, regulatory affairs, and public policy strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, legislators, and industry associations.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory authorities such as SEC, BSP, CIC, NPC, NBI, and PNP.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting digital lending and financial services.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory risks, licensing, and public policy developments.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to align with Philippine regulations and data privacy rules.
• Lead government engagement initiatives, regulatory communications, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop crisis communication strategies for regulatory or public affairs issues.
