Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8–12 years in Government Relations or Public Affairs.
• Extensive experience engaging with Philippine government agencies and regulators.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute government relations strategy and policy initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, legislators, and industry associations.
• Serve as liaison with authorities including SEC, BSP, CIC, NPC, NBI, and PNP.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting digital financial services.
• Advise leadership on regulatory risks and licensing matters.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to align with regulations.
• Lead government engagement initiatives and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop crisis communication plans for regulatory or public affairs issues.
