Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Government Relations or Public Policy.
• Extensive experience engaging with Philippine government agencies and financial regulators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the government relations, regulatory affairs, and public policy strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government agencies, legislators, and industry associations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities including the SEC, BSP, CIC, NPC, NBI, and PNP.
• Monitor legislative developments and regulatory updates affecting digital lending and financial services.
• Advise executive leadership on regulatory risks, licensing matters, and public policy developments.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment with AML, data privacy, and consumer protection laws.
• Lead government engagement initiatives, regulatory communications, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop crisis communications strategies and manage regulatory or public affairs issues.
