Job summary

Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies across provincial offices. The role requires staying hands-on with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while driving growth for client accounts.

Based on-site at a designated EVES office, you will partner with internal stakeholders and clients, manage ATS operations in JobAdder, and travel as needed to support hiring drives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO or offshoring preferred.
• Hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies.
• Lead onsite provincial recruitment while supporting other markets.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee ATS data quality and reporting.
