Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a dynamic field sales professional for territory coverage across the province. Fresh graduates are welcome, with FMCG or retail distribution experience considered a strong plus.

The role focuses on building relationships, presenting products to diverse accounts, and driving new business opportunities while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree course.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution networks is a major plus.
• Mobility: willing to perform regular field/outdoor sales across province territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: conduct regular field visits to existing clients and potential accounts within your assigned territory.
• Relationship Management: build long-lasting, trust-based relationships to maximize retention and growth.
• Product Presentation: present, pitch, and sell the company's product portfolio to diverse B2B or retail accounts.
• Business Development: scout, identify, and convert new business opportunities in the region.
• Performance Metrics: meet or exceed monthly sales targets, revenue quotas, and KPIs.
• Administrative Alignment: submit accurate sales pipeline and market intelligence reports to management.
