Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Provider Services Supervisor - Helpdesk to lead the Helpdesk team, ensure accurate approvals, and improve service delivery. The role focuses on collaboration with providers, care units, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and maintain high-quality member support.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and data reporting skills, with responsibilities spanning supervision, escalation management, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Medical preferred.
• 3 years college with at least 2 years in Customer Service or medical field.
• Proven management experience with leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry and transaction processing with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Google Applications (Gmail, GSheets, GSlides, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise helpdesk team performance relative to targets and approvals.
• Assist members at Helpdesks and address eligibility and inquiries; collaborate with Care Units and providers.
• Analyze escalations and address helpdesk-related concerns.
• Review and process Letters of Authorization (LOA) per procedures.
• Prepare reports to ensure data accuracy and identify trends.
• Oversee and improve performance of teams delivering services to members, providers, and clients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Helpdesk center and report facility issues; ensure supplies.
