Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is seeking a PROVIDER SERVICES SUPERVISOR - E2E (IC) to lead the Inpatient Team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service for Maxicare members and partner providers.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven reporting; you will manage LOA processing, address escalations, guide members to networks, and support campaigns during manpower shortages or BCP events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or medical-related field preferred.
• Alternative: 3 years college + 2 years customer service or medical field experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry and transaction processing with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Google Applications (Gmail, GSheets, GSlides).

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process LOAs following procedures and explain coverage details during MAG discussions with admitted members.
• Analyze escalations and address concerns related to eligibility, coverage, and procedures within standard turnaround time.
• Offer first-hand solutions for captured complaints and escalate to internal departments as necessary.
• Guide members to Maxicare Primary Care Networks, Preferred Partners, and Low-Cost Facilities, highlighting exclusive benefits.
• Prepare and submit reports with accurate and comprehensive data.
• Execute campaigns and tasks during manpower shortages, BCP events, or when SL targets are at risk.
