Job summary

iSpeedToLead is seeking a Provider Manager to own the performance of our provider network, the core supply engine of the business. You will manage existing providers, onboard new ones, and hold partners accountable to quality and volume. Your success is measured by revenue impact, not mere relationships.

Supply is the business — underperformance stalls the marketplace, and you will prevent that through proactive management, performance dashboards, and decisive action in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing vendors, affiliates, partners, or external performance-based relationships — with revenue on the line.

Responsibilities

• Own the full provider lifecycle — sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Monitor provider performance daily across lead quality, volume, conversion rates, and refunds.
• Identify quality issues and delivery drops early with evidence, and drive them to resolution.
• Push providers to improve output and marketplace fit; kill underperformers publicly when needed.
• Build and maintain a live pipeline of new providers to grow supply continuously.
• Reduce concentration risk by expanding and diversifying the provider network.
• Negotiate terms, payouts, and SLAs aligning incentives with outcomes.
• Collaborate with client-facing, product, and ops teams to match output to demand.
• Track competitor moves to anticipate provider shifts.
