Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Consultant/Manager to lead oversight of provider roster management and to drive adoption and optimization of the Symplr DIU tool. Key responsibilities include overseeing roster processing, data readiness for Symplr, and cross-functional collaboration with Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting teams to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Provider Network Management across roster, credentialing, or PDM domains.
• Led or supported PNM transformation projects or tool implementation (e.g., Symplr).
• Familiarity with Symplr DIU or similar data intake tools.
• Process-minded with ability to spot gaps and drive automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day provider roster processing and monitor data intake through Symplr DIU.
• Act as the operational point of contact for Symplr future-state data readiness and transformation activities.
• Identify and drive automation and optimization initiatives across provider onboarding, data validation, and credentialing workflows.
• Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to streamline roster lifecycle workflows.
• Support governance and quality control across roster submissions and intake processes.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination across Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting teams.
