About the Role
The Provider Engagement Specialist (PES) will drive and manage the recruiting of mental health providers as independent contractors. As the Provider Engagement Specialist you will screen, interview and provide detailed information regarding our service packages to help potential onboarding providers understand our program and determine fit for their business. As the PES you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a provider pipeline and create opportunities for conversions using multiple streams. You will keep an organized system with up-to-date information regarding contact, important milestones, and notes for other members of the team. The PES will be able to quickly and easily build a rapport with interested Providers. They will spend as much time as it takes on the phone and/or in-person if applicable cultivating relationships and answering important questions for potential onboarding members. You will have a tenacious, hunter mentality and be self-motivated to meet your individual goals while helping meet the goals of your department and the company as a whole.
Responsibilities
Employ a number of recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract interest of various competent providers.
Spend time assessing interested Providers, thinking critically about their ability to be successful as a business partner.
Partner with the peers in the Department to identify recruiting needs, track conversions for follow-ups, and establish goals.
Screen and interview qualified candidates; outlining program details, services, and requirements.
Think outside the box to cultivate new lead sources.
Successfully convert qualified candidates into provider members and track their timely movement through the pipeline to ensure successful contract signing.
Meet regularly with the Business Development Manager and Regional Manager to identify current and future recruitment needs (new location priorities, office space specific needs, provider types to focus on).
Track and manage KPI’s such as leads, conversion rates, conversion retention, onboarding timeline days to start date, source of leads and report to upper management on a monthly basis.
Manage advertising and posting of provider recruiting advertising across various platforms with a focus on maintaining a steady stream of potential members at all times, and tapping into new lead generation, cold calls, internal referrals or developing marketing campaigns as needed.
Build email lists, and form and implement newsletter campaigns to interested candidates for eligible providers across all markets.
Assist with marketing efforts across various company platforms including print marketing, social media campaigns, with the intention of attracting providers, cultivating referral sources and creating brand awareness.
Commit to maintaining a fully up-to-date and complete CRM in order to provide valid and accurate information to the company.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Strong communication skills.
1 -2 years experience handling US Provider Network Management, Provider Relations or Engagement
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-directed, proactive attitude, and ability to handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and other technology platforms.
Experience in a growth-oriented company preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field preferred.
