Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist in the Philippines to recruit mental health providers as independent contractors. You will screen, interview, and explain our service packages to help onboarding providers understand our program and fit for their business.

You will build and maintain a provider pipeline, keep CRM up-to-date with contact milestones, and collaborate with leadership to forecast recruitment needs and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• 1-2 years of experience handling US Provider Network Management, Provider Relations, or Engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract interest of various competent providers using recruitment tools and techniques.
• Assess providers for potential as business partners.
• Collaborate with department peers to identify recruiting needs and track conversions.
