Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist to recruit mental health providers as independent contractors. You will screen, interview, and explain program details to help providers understand fit and join the network.

Maintain a provider pipeline, monitor milestones, and ensure timely contract signing across multiple channels. You will keep a robust CRM, track leads, conversions, onboarding timelines, and report KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience handling US Provider Network Management, Provider Relations or Engagement.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-directed, proactive attitude, and ability to handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and other technology platforms.
Experience in a growth-oriented company preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Employ a number of recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract interest of various competent providers.
Spend time assessing interested Providers, thinking critically about their ability to be successful as a business partner.
Partner with the peers in the Department to identify recruiting needs, track conversions for follow-ups, and establish goals.
Screen and interview qualified candidates; outlining program details, services, and requirements.
Think outside the box to cultivate new lead sources.
Successfully convert qualified candidates into provider members and track their timely movement through the pipeline to ensure successful contract signing.
Meet regularly with the Business Development Manager and Regional Manager to identify current and future recruitment needs (new location priorities, office space specific needs, provider types to focus on).
Track and manage KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, conversion retention, onboarding timeline days to start date, source of leads and report to upper management on a monthly basis.
Manage advertising and posting of provider recruiting advertising across various platforms with a focus on maintaining a steady stream of potential members at all times, and tapping into new lead generation, cold calls, internal referrals or developing marketing campaigns as needed.
Build email lists, and form and implement newsletter campaigns to interested candidates for eligible providers across all markets.
Assist with marketing efforts across various company platforms including print marketing, social media campaigns, with the intention of attracting providers, cultivating referral sources and creating brand awareness.
Commit to maintaining a fully up-to-date and complete CRM in order to provide valid and accurate information to the company.
