Job summary

Accenture is seeking a detailed Analyst to support provider roster management across current-state and Symplr platforms, handling data intake, processing, and validation to ensure efficient provider lifecycle management.

The role includes full-time roster support, collaboration with Credentialing, PDM and Contracting, and automation of data validation using Excel and SQL, while coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and macros.
• SQL scripting ability for querying, validating, and transforming roster data.
• Understanding of provider network management operations and lifecycle workflows.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and data cleansing skills.
• Able to work independently across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time support for day-to-day roster management and data processing.
• Maintain and optimize provider roster workflows for existing systems and Symplr (future-state).
• Automate repetitive data validation and intake processes using Excel and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting.
• Track data issues, log discrepancies, and work toward continuous improvement.
