Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant/Manager to lead oversight of provider roster management activities and drive adoption and optimization of the Symplr DIU tool across provider workflows.

This role focuses on strategic oversight, data intake process design, and identifying automation opportunities, collaborating with IT and business teams to streamline roster lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in PNM and transformation projects, with a track record of delivering under tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in provider roster management, credentialing or PDM.
• Led or supported PNM transformation projects or tool implementation (e.g., Symplr).
• Familiar with Symplr DIU or similar data intake tools.
• Process-minded with ability to spot gaps and drive automation opportunities.
• Able to manage operations, stakeholder expectations, and reporting under tight SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day provider roster processing and monitor data intake through Symplr DIU.
• Act as the operational point of contact for Symplr future-state data readiness and transformation activities.
• Identify and drive automation and optimization initiatives across provider onboarding, data validation, and credentialing workflows.
• Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to streamline roster lifecycle workflows.
• Support governance and quality control across roster submissions and intake processes.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination across Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting teams.
