Responsibilities

• Works with stakeholders to identify, analyze and automate manual processes to improve productivity.
• Assist in preparing and conducting business process analysis and present results to Project lead and stakeholders.
• Help assess impact of changes in tools and ensure alignment with Resource and Demand Management processes.
• Monitor compliance of stakeholders on defined resource management processes and guidelines.
• Assist tools lead in coordinating with stakeholders regarding tools and infrastructure changes impacting operations.
