Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a Content & Proposals Manager II to review RFI/RFP documents, draft proposals in various formats, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Hands-on experience with data mining, lead qualification, and contact.

Responsibilities

• Review RFI and RFP documents and draft responses once scope and requirements are established.
• Create proposals in documents and presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups for data gathering and defining the Scope of Work.
• Prepare and assist in client visits.
• Record and maintain data in CRM tools, meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Share best practices and suggestions for continuous improvement.
