Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a Content & Proposals Manager II to review RFI/RFP documents, draft proposals in various formats, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions. About the role

The Content & Proposals Manager II is responsible for reviewing RFI and RFP documents, creating proposals in various formats, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions. This role requires managing multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and supporting TDCX's objective to meet or exceed targets and drive growth.

• Review RFI and RFP documents and draft responses once the scope and requirements are established
• Create proposals in documents and presentations
• Coordinate with cross functional groups for data gathering and defining the Scope of Work
• Prepare and assist in client visits
• Record and maintain data in CRM tools, meet or exceed targets and KPIs
• Share best practices, constructive feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvement

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or any related field
• Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Demonstrated hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification, and contact
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in CRM tools and Microsoft office
• Reliability and ability to work in a high-profile position with minimal supervision and management
• Ability to solve problems proactively with keen attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
