The Proposal Maker will prepare, review, and finalize business proposals that meet client requirements and organizational standards. You will collaborate with Corporate Account Managers and Proposal Supervisors to deliver audit-ready documents on time and within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The Proposal Maker is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing business proposals in alignment with organizational standards and client requirements. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of deliverables while supporting business development and client engagement efforts. The Proposal Maker collaborates closely with Corporate Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Proposal Supervisors to produce audit‑ready, client‑focused proposals that meet service level agreements (SLAs).

• Prepare and customize proposal documents for corporate and SME clients based on client-specific requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:
