The Proposal Maker will prepare, review, and finalize business proposals that meet client requirements and organizational standards. You will collaborate with Corporate Account Managers and Proposal Supervisors to deliver audit-ready documents on time and within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and customize proposal documents for corporate and SME clients.
• Ensure proposals comply with company standards, regulations and templates.
• Maintain and update proposal templates regularly.
• Track proposal versions and records for audit and performance.
• Contribute to process improvements in proposal workflows and systems.
• Assist in documenting standard proposal processes and best practices.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and SLA adherence.
• Communicate updates, delays or clarifications to internal teams clearly.
