Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks a Proposal Submissions Assistant in Pasig to support bid submissions and proposal preparation. You will collaborate with bid professionals to craft compelling responses, create templates in MS Word, and ensure timely submission for client tenders.

You will manage non-technical sections, CV libraries, and standard content while coordinating deadlines with the team and design colleagues to produce professional bids.

Qualifications

• Certificate in administration, marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2+ years' experience in bidding, marketing, communications, journalism, or administration
• Proficiency in MS Word
• Strong English verbal and written communication, strong computer skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the work winning team to coordinate and develop proposals in response to EOI, RFP, RFQ, etc.
• Create proposal submission templates (MS Word) following client instructions
• Complete non-technical sections, returnable schedules, standard company information and appendices required for the tender
• Contribute to libraries of CVs, project sheets, standard proposal content, etc.
• Coordinate bid actions to keep bids on track and meet deadlines
• Perform other pursuit and proposals-related tasks
• Source content from internal digital libraries
• Proof pre-written material
• Format bid submissions per WSP's brand guidelines
• Work with Graphic Design to develop and submit bids
• Manage Transport and Infrastructure inbox and route opportunities
• Register opportunities on the Oracle system
