Job summary

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) seeks a licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to oversee operations and maintenance of building systems for a residential project in Tagaytay. You will supervise engineers and technicians, maintain equipment records, and coordinate with contractors to meet service levels.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

At least 2 years relevant working experience.
Knowledgeable in Building Facilities and Equipment Management.
Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
Decisive with an eye for details.
Efficient and trustworthy with a high sense of urgency.
Able to work well in a team or independently.
Good organizational skills.
Willing to work in Tagaytay.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper, orderly, cost effective, and timely operation and maintenance of building systems and facilities.
Supervise and manage shift engineers and technicians to ensure routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
Prepare and oversee maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and utilities.
Maintain technical records, manuals, as-built plans, and equipment documentation.
Coordinate with service providers and contractors to meet SLA obligations.
Coordinate with utility providers to ensure service levels are met.
