Job summary

SMDC is seeking a qualified Registered Electrical Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems and equipment at our Quezon City project. The role requires leadership of shift engineers and coordination with service providers to meet SLA targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication, and computer skills, plus the ability to work both in a team and independently with a high sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 2 years in Building Facilities and Equipment Management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Decisive with an eye for detail; efficient and trustworthy.
• High sense of urgency; able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Supervise shift engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare annual budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and maintain records.
• Coordinate with residents and service providers; ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare monthly engineering reports and maintain documentation.
• Manage permits, licenses, and energy conservation initiatives.
