Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Facilities and Equipment Management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Decisive and has an eye for details.
• Efficient and trustworthy with high sense of urgency.
• Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
• Good organizational skills.
• Willing to be assigned at Quezon City.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, facilities, and equipment.
• Pre-operations: participate in testing, commissioning, and updating equipment databases.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and government permits.
• Supervise staff to ensure preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance is performed.
• Prepare monthly engineering reports and maintain records and manuals.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities.
