Job summary

Tuan Sing Holdings Limited in the Philippines seeks a highly motivated Manager to oversee the soft services of property management. This hands-on role covers day-to-day operations, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the asset is well maintained and cost-effective in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will lead in-house security and cleaning teams, manage outsourced building services with SLAs and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, conduct regular inspections, and develop SOPs

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management or related discipline with 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience managing Grade A office buildings preferred.
• Proven track record in budgeting, cost management and vendor management.
• Experience setting up or transforming security and cleaning functions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house security and cleaning team.
• Managed outsourced building services providers and establish service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics and KPI scorecards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure contractors deliver value and quality services.
• Lead tender exercises, contract negotiations and procurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives across all service providers.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure building presentation, cleanliness, safety and service delivery standards are met.

Education

Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or related disciplines
