Job summary

RealPage, Inc. seeks a Property Service Representative to be the primary contact for property clients, advocating for both client and company, and coordinating with product and operations on next steps to resolve issues.

You will communicate regularly with clients, assist with implementations, billing changes, deactivations, reports, and training, while identifying revenue opportunities and maintaining professional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
• Experience interacting with clients and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Flexible in terms of work arrangement (on-site, work-from-home or hybrid).
• Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.
